1. General Policy
- All payments made to Variance Marketing Inc. are non-refundable. This includes fees paid for ongoing services such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), live transfers, lead generation, digital marketing, and consulting.
- By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy and the service agreement provided at the time of onboarding.
2. Service Termination & Cancellation
a. Cancellation Notice
- Clients must provide 30 days' written notice to terminate ongoing services. This notice must be submitted via:

b. Auto-Renewal Services
- Our services operate on a month-to-month renewal basis following the initial contract period. Clients are responsible for notifying us of cancellations at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
- Failure to provide the required notice will result in billing for the subsequent month, during which services will continue as scheduled.
c. Early Termination Fees
- If a client terminates their agreement before the completion of the initial term, a termination fee equivalent to one month of service will apply unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement.
3. Refund Policy
- Service Fees: No refunds will be issued for services already rendered, including work completed during the notice period.
- Upfront Payments: If a client makes an upfront payment for multiple months of service and wishes to cancel, the remaining balance after deducting charges for services rendered will be credited for future use.
- Custom Projects: Payments for custom services such as website development, content creation, or ad campaigns are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4. Disputed Charges
- Clients must notify us of any billing discrepancies within 7 days of receiving the invoice or charge. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for review.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
Variance Marketing Inc. understands that unforeseen situations may arise. In such cases, we may review refund and cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. However, exceptions to this policy are rare and at the sole discretion of our management team.

- This refund and cancellation policy is subject to periodic updates. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acknowledgment and agreement to the revised terms.
